Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use regulate the conditions regarding the use of the YouReply Survey platform ("Platform") offered by YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş. ("YouReply"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform: YouReply Survey online research platform and all its sub-components
- Researcher: Users who create and manage surveys on the Platform
- Participant: Users who respond to surveys
- Service: All features and tools offered through the Platform
3. Account Creation
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during account creation is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for the security of your account and all transactions performed through your account.
4. Conditions of Use
4.1 Acceptable Use
You can use the Platform for the following purposes:
- Creating research and surveys within a legal and ethical framework
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Communicating with participants within a legal framework
4.2 Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or distributing illegal content
- Collecting personal data without permission or misusing it
- Activities threatening Platform security
- Spam or unsolicited mass communication
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Platform
- Creating misleading or deceptive surveys
5. Intellectual Property
The design, software, logo, content, and all intellectual property rights of the Platform belong to YouReply. Survey contents created by users and collected data belong to the respective user.
6. Pricing and Payment
Fees determined for paid plans are published on the Platform. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Payment terms are arranged monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. YouReply reserves the right to change prices with prior notice.
7. Service Level
YouReply aims to provide service with a 99.9% availability rate for the Platform. Planned maintenance works are notified in advance. YouReply cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure and third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
YouReply does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterruptedly and error-free. YouReply cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the service fee paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
YouReply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of the terms of use. You can close your account at any time. When the account is closed, your data is stored for the period specified in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
YouReply reserves the right to change these terms of use with prior notice. Changes are announced via email and/or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after the change means that you accept the current terms.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
This agreement is subject to the law of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
