Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

1.2 Buyer
The user purchasing service via the Platform ("Buyer"). Buyer information is obtained during the order process.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services purchased electronically by the Buyer via the YouReply Survey platform.
3. Service Information
The basic characteristics of the service are specified on the promotion and pricing page on the Platform. Services subject to sale:
- YouReply Survey Professional Plan (monthly/annual subscription)
- YouReply Survey Enterprise Plan (monthly/annual subscription)
- Additional participant packages
- Custom analysis and reporting services
4. Service Fee and Payment
Service fees are specified in Turkish Lira on the pricing page on the Platform. Prices exclude VAT. Payment is made by credit card or debit card. Automatic renewal applies to subscription plans.
5. Performance of the Service
Digital services are made available for use immediately upon approval of payment. The service remains active for the duration of the plan selected via the Buyer's account.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 50 of the Law No. 6502 heavily on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services where the delivery of digital content has begun. The Buyer is informed about this and gives approval before completing the purchase.
However, YouReply does not charge any fee from users who cancel within the free trial period.
7. General Provisions
The Buyer accepts and declares that they have confirmed the preliminary information form and this agreement electronically on the Platform, and that they have been informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the service subject to the contract.
8. Dispute Resolution
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. The law of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
9. Effectiveness
This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
