This page explains how to exercise your rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "KVKK"). Which data is processed and for what purpose is set out in the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
1. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- request erasure or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
2. Who to apply to
- If your request concerns your account, order, invoice, support correspondence or a contact form message: YouReply is the data controller and you can apply to us directly.
- If you answered a survey and your request concerns your answers: the researcher running the survey is the controller for that data. You should first apply to the researcher, who is usually named in the information text at the start of the survey. We forward such requests that reach us to the relevant researcher and give them the support they need to answer.
3. How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can apply in one of the following ways:
- In writing: send your application bearing a wet signature to YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş., Hacettepe Üniversitesi Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi, Beytepe Kampüsü, 6. Ar-Ge Binası C Blok, Çankaya / Ankara, in person or through a notary. Writing "Information request under the Personal Data Protection Law" on the envelope speeds up handling.
- By email: write to kvkk@youreply.com.tr from the email address already registered and verified in our systems.
- With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature: send your signed application to kvkk@youreply.com.tr.
As our company has no registered KEP (registered electronic mail) address, applications through KEP are not available at present.
4. What your application must contain
The Communiqué requires an application to contain the following information. Missing information may delay the assessment of your application.

5. Identity verification
We need to be sure that the application really comes from you. We therefore ask you to send it from the email address registered in our systems. If there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask for further information in order to protect your personal data. If an application is made on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney containing specific authority is required.
6. Response time and fees
Your application is concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. The answer is free of charge unless the process entails a separate cost. In the cases set out in the Communiqué, a fee from the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
7. If your application is not resolved
If your application is rejected, if you find our answer insufficient or if no answer is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the answer and in any event within 60 days of the date of your application.
8. If you want to delete your account
Account deletion has its own flow: you can start the request yourself from the "Privacy" page in the account application. The steps, the waiting period and which data is kept afterwards: Account and Data Deletion.
