More than 30 question types including multiple choice, matrix, Likert, NPS, ranking, MaxDiff, conjoint, heat map, file upload and signature.
Conditional logic and flow testing
Build rules that jump to a page, show or hide questions and disqualify respondents, then check them with the flow map and path test before publishing.
Randomization
Shuffle, rotate or show a subset of pages, blocks, options and matrix rows. The order shown is stored with each response.
Response cap and date range
Set a maximum number of completed responses and a start and end date; the survey closes to new respondents once it reaches the target.
Anonymous mode and consent screen
In an anonymous survey no IP address or location is stored. Inform participants with the consent screen and the consent checkbox question.
Export with a codebook
Download Excel or CSV with answer text, answer codes and timing; Excel files come with a codebook sheet.

2.Share the link
Publishing creates the survey's share link. Share it on your own channels, or reach your target audience with the YouReply Participant Panel.
3.Track responses and export
Follow response counts, completion rate and average duration, then download the data as Excel or CSV and start your analysis.

Demo data is synthetic. “Örnek Araştırma” is a fictitious organisation. The people, participants, responses and analysis results in the environment were generated artificially for demonstration purposes only; they cannot be associated with real persons or organisations and cannot be used as research findings. As the account is public, do not enter personal or confidential data; the data is reset at regular intervals.
Email sending, payments and AI-assisted features are disabled in the demo environment.

Common questions
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan is open to everyone and has no time limit; no payment details are needed to start. The Free plan includes 1 active surveys and 1 user. The Free plan allows 100 responses per survey and 500 responses per year in total. When your needs grow you buy a paid plan; your surveys and responses stay in your account.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Paid plans are paid once for the period you choose (1 month or 1 year) and are valid from the moment the payment is confirmed. At the end of the period your card is not charged again; the plan returns to the Free plan on its own. If you want to continue, you buy a new period. That is why there is no subscription you need to cancel.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. On paid plans the annual price equals 10 monthly payments, so 2 months of the 12 are free. The annual amount is paid once and is valid for 1 year.
Are response limits monthly or yearly?
Response limits are yearly and apply to responses you collect from your own audience: Academic 20,000, Individual 25,000, Team 50,000, Business 200,000, Business Plus 500,000 responses per year. The Free plan allows 100 responses per survey and 500 responses per year in total. On the Enterprise plan limits are set by contract. Responses from participants purchased separately through the YouReply Participant Panel do not count toward your plan limit; the Participant Panel is billed separately from the subscription.
