It is limited to 10 questions per survey in the Free plan. There is no question limit in paid plans. However, for participant experience, we recommend keeping surveys under 30-40 questions.

You can invite participants via email invitation, shareable link, QR code, social media sharing, and website embed options.

YouReply Participant Panel is a pool of thousands of verified and demographically profiled participants. You can select participants suitable for your target audience based on criteria such as age, gender, location, education, and profession. The Participant Panel is billed separately from the subscription; responses from those participants do not count toward your plan’s monthly response limit.

Annual response limits apply to responses collected from your own audience or imported from outside: Academic 10,000, Individual 25,000, Small Teams 50,000, Business 200,000, and Business Plus 500,000 responses per year; Enterprise is unlimited. The Free plan allows 100 responses per survey. Responses from participants purchased separately through the YouReply Participant Panel do not count toward your plan limit. The Participant Panel is billed separately from the subscription.

Yes, you can configure your surveys in completely anonymous mode. In this mode, participant IP address, browser information, or identity information are not recorded.

You can download your raw response data as CSV and Excel (XLSX). Before exporting you choose which columns to include: answer text, answer code, time spent on each question and answer timestamp, plus fields such as response number, status, start and end time, total duration, survey version, country and time zone. You can also take only completed responses or leave test responses out.

The survey list and the survey screen show response counts, completion status and quota fill. Responses are tracked as started, in progress, completed, abandoned and disqualified; quota cells close once they reach their target. These are operational indicators for running fieldwork.

Response quality checks flag responses that look risky for review, using signals such as completion time, attention checks and answer consistency. The decision stays with you: keep flagged responses in your dataset, or remove them before exporting.

Yes. YouReply Survey collects the data and makes it analysis-ready. Statistical analysis is carried out in YouReply Analyze, researcher-controlled coding and thematic analysis in YouReply Qualitative, and high-volume customer feedback analysis in YouReply Intelligence. Each of those is a separate subscription and is not included in your YouReply Survey plan; you upload the CSV or Excel file you exported into the relevant product and continue your work there.

We offer 7 plans: Free, Academic, Individual, Small Teams, Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise. Each plan has different active survey, monthly response, user, and feature limits. You can review the current comparison on the pricing page.

We accept payment by credit card and debit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Troy cards are supported. Payment by bank transfer / EFT is also possible for Enterprise plans.

Yes, discounts of up to 20% are offered on annual plans. Annual subscription significantly reduces your monthly cost.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The plan change is applied immediately and the remaining time is calculated proportionally.

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase for monthly subscriptions and 14 days for annual subscriptions, provided the service has not been actively used. See our delivery and return terms for details.

Yes, all data is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Data is hosted on servers based in Turkey. Regular security audits and penetration tests are performed.

Yes, the platform is fully compliant with KVKK (Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data) and GDPR. Necessary documents such as explicit consent text, privacy notice, and data processing agreement are available.

Survey data can only be accessed by the account owner and authorized team members. You can define different authorization levels with role-based access control.

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Upon your request to delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can export data at any time.

Yes, you can perform survey creation, data collection, and result retrieval operations programmatically with RESTful API and GraphQL API. API documentation is available.

Yes, automatic notifications are sent to the URL addresses you specify when a new response arrives, when a survey is completed, or when a quota is filled.

Yes, you can embed your surveys on your website with iframe embed code. Embedding options such as popup, slide-in, and floating button are also available.

Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Zapier, Google Analytics integrations are supported. Custom integration requests are also evaluated in Enterprise plans.
