YouReply Survey is an online survey builder for designing and publishing surveys, collecting responses and exporting the raw data. It includes 30+ question types, conditional logic and randomization. Statistical analysis is done in YouReply Analyze, qualitative coding in YouReply Qualitative and customer feedback analysis in YouReply Intelligence.

The "Start for Free" button takes you to the YouReply account page. You create your account with your first name, last name, email and a password of at least 8 characters; no payment details are required. You start on the Free plan and can move to a paid plan without losing your data when your needs grow.

The Free plan is open to everyone and has no time limit; no payment details are needed to start. The Free plan includes 1 active surveys and 1 user. The Free plan allows 100 responses per survey and 500 responses per year in total. When your needs grow you buy a paid plan; your surveys and responses stay in your account.

YouReply Survey is web based and works in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge; nothing needs to be installed. Respondents can complete surveys on phones, tablets and computers. There is no separate iOS or Android app.

There are more than 30 question types: single and multiple choice, dropdown, ranking, image choice, constant sum, Likert scale, NPS, slider, matrix variants, date and time, file upload, signature, heat map, text highlighting, card sorting, MaxDiff and conjoint. You can also add text, image and video blocks.

Yes. In the Logic tab you can build rules that, based on answers, jump to a page or to the end of the survey, show or hide questions, pages or sections, and disqualify respondents. The flow map shows the rules visually and the path test lets you check which path given answers take a respondent through. Carrying a previous answer into question text (piping) is not currently available.

Yes. You can shuffle, rotate or reverse page items, questions inside a block, options and matrix rows and columns, or show only a set number of questions from a block at random. You can anchor specific options and choose whether the random order is drawn per response or per participant. The order shown to each respondent is stored with the response.

There is currently no built-in A/B testing or experiment module. You can use randomization to reduce order effects and blocks to show a random subset of questions.

In the Design tab you can change the look of a survey with 19 ready-made themes, different page layouts, colours, backgrounds and fonts. An organization logo can be used on organization accounts. Custom CSS and custom domains for surveys are not currently offered.

Each survey is published in a single language (Turkish or English); there are no translations or language switcher within a survey. To collect data in several languages you can copy the survey and prepare a separate version for each language.

Plans do not define a limit on the number of questions. To protect completion rates we recommend keeping a survey as short as your research question allows.

Yes. There are 48 templates in 12 categories: customer satisfaction, market research, employee, education, events, health, product, retail, SaaS, finance, hospitality and public sector. You preview a template, use it, and then adapt the questions to your research.

After publishing, you copy the share link and distribute it through your own channels such as email, your website or social media. QR codes, email invitations sent from the platform and website embed codes are not currently offered. URL parameters you add to the link (for example utm_source) can be saved with the response through hidden fields.

The YouReply Participant Panel is YouReply's service for finding respondents that match a target audience and is billed separately from the YouReply Survey subscription. Panel requests are planned by contacting the YouReply team. Responses from panel participants do not count toward your plan limit.

Response limits are yearly and apply to responses you collect from your own audience: Academic 20,000, Individual 25,000, Team 50,000, Business 200,000, Business Plus 500,000 responses per year. The Free plan allows 100 responses per survey and 500 responses per year in total. On the Enterprise plan limits are set by contract. Responses from participants purchased separately through the YouReply Participant Panel do not count toward your plan limit; the Participant Panel is billed separately from the subscription.

Yes. When you turn on anonymous responses in the Settings tab, the respondent's IP address and location are not stored. If you add a meta info question, questions that identify people or hidden fields that identify respondents, responses can still be linked to a person; do not use them if you need full anonymity.

You can download responses as Excel (XLSX) or CSV. XLSX files include a codebook sheet next to the responses. Before exporting you choose the answer text, answer code, time spent and answer time columns, and fields such as response number, status, start and completion time, total duration and survey version. You can choose to include only completed responses. SPSS and PDF exports are not available.

The survey's Overview tab shows total responses, completed responses, completion rate and average duration. In the Responses tab each response is listed as started, in progress, completed, abandoned or disqualified and can be expanded for review.

The platform does not currently flag bots, speeders or straight-lining automatically. Because the time spent on each question and the total duration are recorded and exportable, you can apply your own screening rules with them. Required fields, value ranges and disqualification logic reduce invalid or out-of-scope responses while data is being collected.

Yes. You upload the XLSX or CSV file you exported into the relevant product: statistical analysis is done in YouReply Analyze, researcher-controlled coding and thematic analysis in YouReply Qualitative, and high-volume customer feedback analysis in YouReply Intelligence. Those products are separate subscriptions and are not included in your YouReply Survey plan.

We offer 7 plans: Free, Academic, Individual, Team, Business, Business Plus, Enterprise. Plans differ by the number of active surveys, the yearly response limit and the number of users. Current prices and the comparison are on the pricing page. All prices include VAT.

No. Paid plans are paid once for the period you choose (1 month or 1 year) and are valid from the moment the payment is confirmed. At the end of the period your card is not charged again; the plan returns to the Free plan on its own. If you want to continue, you buy a new period. That is why there is no subscription you need to cancel.

Yes. On paid plans the annual price equals 10 monthly payments, so 2 months of the 12 are free. The annual amount is paid once and is valid for 1 year.

While a paid period is running you can buy a different plan. The new plan starts when the payment is confirmed and its period runs from that moment; time left on the previous plan is not added to the new period and is not refunded. To move to a lower plan or to the Free plan, you can wait for the current period to end.

The Academic plan is offered for the individual research of academics and students at universities and research institutions. No automatic academic email or document verification takes place at purchase. If you are asked to show that you meet the academic use condition, sharing your institutional academic email address (for example one ending in .edu.tr) or your student or staff document is enough.

Active surveys, yearly responses and users define the scope of use of your plan. If you need more than that, you can move to a higher plan or ask for an Enterprise quote.

You can pay by credit or debit card through iyzico with 3D Secure; installment options, where available, are shown on the payment screen depending on your card and bank. You can also pay by bank transfer; in that case the plan is activated once our team confirms your payment. All prices include VAT (20%) and your invoice is issued as an e-Archive or e-Invoice.

Because you approve that the service starts immediately during payment, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for digital services. If it is determined that you could not use the service at all because of a technical failure, the fee for that period is refunded or your usage period is extended. You can send your request with your order number to destek@youreply.com.tr. Details are in the Delivery and Return Terms.

The application servers and the database run in a data centre in Türkiye (Istanbul). Images added to surveys and files and signatures uploaded by respondents are stored in the Amazon Web Services Frankfurt (Germany) region, and emails are sent through the email service in the same region. All service providers are listed in the Sub-processor List.

The site and the application are served only over HTTPS with HSTS. Session cookies cannot be read by JavaScript, accounts use role-based permissions and organization accounts can use single sign-on with SAML 2.0 or OIDC. The database is backed up regularly to a separate backup server. Details, and the assurances we do not currently offer, are on the Security page.

For account, billing, security and support data YouReply is the data controller and processes this data as described in the Privacy Notice. For survey responses the researcher running the survey is the data controller and YouReply is the data processor. The platform offers tools (consent screen, consent checkbox, anonymous response mode) that support researchers in meeting their obligations under the KVKK. Determining the legal basis of a survey and informing respondents is the researcher's responsibility.

Survey data is accessed by the people you authorize in your account; you can separate permissions with account roles (owner, billing, admin, member) and product roles (admin, editor, viewer). The YouReply team accesses data only when needed to operate the service and answer your support requests.

Files uploaded by respondents are stored at an address that anyone with the file link can open. We therefore recommend not collecting sensitive documents such as ID documents or medical reports with file upload questions.

You can delete your account from the Privacy section of the account page: the request is completed by our team after a 7-day waiting period, your identity details are anonymized and billing records are kept for the statutory period (10 years). Surveys and responses are not deleted automatically when an account is deleted; export them first and then send a deletion request to kvkk@youreply.com.tr.

A public API or webhooks are not currently offered. You can export responses as XLSX or CSV at any time and bring them into your own systems.

Embed codes (iframe, popup) are not currently offered. You can share the survey link on your website as a button or a link.

There is currently no ready-made integration with Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier or Google Analytics. To track campaign sources you can add URL parameters to the survey link and save them with the response through hidden fields.

Yes. On organization accounts, owners or admins can configure single sign-on with SAML 2.0 or OIDC after verifying their domain. Employees are redirected to their identity provider on the sign-in screen based on their company email address.
