How do I sign up?
You can create your account in a few minutes by clicking the 'Get Started Free' button on our homepage. No payment information is required, you can try all features for free for 14 days.
How long is the free trial period?
You can access all Pro plan features during the 14-day free trial period. No credit card information is required during the trial period.
Can I try the platform without creating an account?
You can review our website and request a demo to explore the features of the platform. You need to create a free account to create a survey and collect data.
Which devices can I access from?
YouReply Survey works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We also have iOS and Android mobile apps. Your surveys are displayed responsively on all devices.

There are more than 30 question types: multiple choice, matrix, ranking, NPS, slider, Likert scale, file upload, location selection, date/time, image choice, semantic differential, and more.
Can I use skip logic?
Yes, you can create dynamic question flows based on participants responses with advanced conditional logic rules. Features such as skip question, skip page, terminate survey, and quota management are available.
Can I do A/B testing?
Yes, with the survey experiment module, you can create A/B tests to compare different question orders, different question texts, or different survey designs.
Can I customize my survey (white label)?
Yes, you can customize your surveys to match your corporate identity. Customize your surveys with logo, color palette, font, background image, and custom CSS support. The YouReply brand can be removed in Pro and higher plans.
Can I create multilingual surveys?
Yes, you can create your surveys in multiple languages and allow participants to respond in their preferred language. Turkish and English are supported by default.
Is there a limit on the number of questions in my survey?
It is limited to 10 questions per survey in the Free plan. There is no question limit in paid plans. However, for participant experience, we recommend keeping surveys under 30-40 questions.

You can invite participants via email invitation, shareable link, QR code, social media sharing, and website embed options.
What is the participant panel?
YouReply Participant Panel is a pool of thousands of verified and demographically profiled participants. You can select participants suitable for your target audience based on criteria such as age, gender, location, education, and profession.
Is there a response limit?
Response limits vary by your plan. You can collect 100 responses per survey in the Free plan, 1,000 in the Starter plan, 10,000 in the Pro plan, and unlimited responses in the Enterprise plan.
Is it possible to collect anonymous responses?
Yes, you can configure your surveys in completely anonymous mode. In this mode, participant IP address, browser information, or identity information are not recorded.

How can I export results?
You can export your survey results in Excel, CSV, PDF, and SPSS formats. You can also perform automatic data transfer via API integration.
Can I track results in real-time?
Yes, responses are updated instantly. You can monitor response count, completion rate, average time, and basic statistics live via the Dashboard.
What are the AI-powered analysis features?
We offer automated insight generation, sentiment analysis and theme detection in open-ended responses, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and natural language query (AI Insights) features.
Can I perform crosstab and filter analysis?
Yes, you can visualize relationships between two variables with crosstab, and analyze data by filtering based on specific demographic groups or response segments.
Pricing & Payment

We offer 4 plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan includes a different number of surveys, response limits, and feature sets. You can visit our pricing page for detailed comparison.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card and debit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Troy cards are supported. Payment by bank transfer / EFT is also possible for Enterprise plans.
Is there an annual payment discount?
Yes, discounts of up to 20% are offered on annual plans. Annual subscription significantly reduces your monthly cost.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The plan change is applied immediately and the remaining time is calculated proportionally.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date. You can review our distance sales agreement for details.
Security & Privacy

Yes, all data is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Data is hosted on servers based in Turkey. Regular security audits and penetration tests are performed.
Are you KVKK/GDPR compliant?
Yes, the platform is fully compliant with KVKK (Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data) and GDPR. Necessary documents such as explicit consent text, privacy notice, and data processing agreement are available.
Who can access the data?
Survey data can only be accessed by the account owner and authorized team members. You can define different authorization levels with role-based access control.
What is your data retention and deletion policy?
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Upon your request to delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can export data at any time.

Yes, you can perform survey creation, data collection, and result retrieval operations programmatically with RESTful API and GraphQL API. API documentation is available.
Is there Webhook support?
Yes, automatic notifications are sent to the URL addresses you specify when a new response arrives, when a survey is completed, or when a quota is filled.
Can I embed the survey on my website?
Yes, you can embed your surveys on your website with iframe embed code. Embedding options such as popup, slide-in, and floating button are also available.
Which third-party integrations are supported?
Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Zapier, Google Analytics integrations are supported. Custom integration requests are also evaluated in Enterprise plans.
