Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform consumers in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Basic Characteristics of the Service

YouReply Survey is a digital software platform that offers online survey creation, participant management, response collection and export of the raw data collected as CSV/Excel. Statistical analysis (YouReply Analyze) and coding and text analysis (YouReply Qualitative, YouReply Intelligence) are separate products and are included neither in this service nor in this subscription. The service is offered with a subscription model accessible via a web browser.

Current plans, limits and prices are published on the Platform's pricing page:

• Free: ₺0 (entry plan)
• Academic: monthly or annual subscription (for academics and students)
• Individual: monthly or annual subscription (single-user professional use)
• Small Teams: monthly or annual subscription (multi-user teams)
• Business: monthly or annual subscription (high volume, priority support)
• Enterprise: custom pricing (custom limits, SLA and contract)

The information on the pricing page prevails for plan limits and current amounts.

3. Service Fee and Payment Information

The service fee is charged monthly or annually according to the selected plan. Stated prices include VAT. Payment methods: credit card, debit card. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; no payment details are requested for the trial and no automatic charge is made at the end of it. Switching to a paid plan happens only with the user's own approval.

4. Delivery Information

The digital service is activated immediately upon approval of payment. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 50 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly in the electronic environment. The consumer has been informed about this matter before the purchase and has given their approval.

However, no fee is charged for cancellations made within the free trial period.

6. Complaints and Objections

Consumers can submit their complaints and objections through the following channels:

For unresolved disputes, Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Consumer Approval

The Consumer accepts and declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this preliminary information form electronically, and that the necessary information was provided before performing the purchase transaction.
