This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform consumers in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Basic Characteristics of the Service
YouReply Survey is a digital software platform that offers online survey creation, participant management, data collection, and analysis services. The service is offered with a subscription model accessible via a web browser.
Plans offered:
- Starter Plan: Free — 3 active surveys per month, 100 responses per survey
- Professional Plan: ₺499/month (excluding VAT) — Unlimited surveys, 5,000 responses per survey, advanced features
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing — Unlimited everything, dedicated support
3. Service Fee and Payment Information
The service fee is charged monthly or annually according to the selected plan. Prices quoted exclude VAT. Payment methods: credit card, debit card.
4. Delivery Information
The digital service is activated immediately upon approval of payment. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 50 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly in the electronic environment. The consumer has been informed about this matter before the purchase and has given their approval.
However, no fee is charged for cancellations made within the free trial period.
6. Complaints and Objections
Consumers can submit their complaints and objections through the following channels:

For unresolved disputes, Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Consumer Approval
The Consumer accepts and declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this preliminary information form electronically, and that the necessary information was provided before performing the purchase transaction.
