Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form is provided to inform you before the contract is concluded, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. You are asked to read and approve it before completing your order.

If you purchase the service for commercial or professional purposes you do not qualify as a consumer under Law No. 6502; in that case the provisions granted exclusively to consumers do not apply and the relationship is governed by the Turkish Code of Obligations (No. 6098) and the Turkish Commercial Code (No. 6102).

2. Essential characteristics of the service

YouReply Survey is a software service that lets you create online surveys, publish them with a link, collect responses and export the raw data collected as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. The service is digital and is provided only over the internet through a web browser; no physical goods are delivered.

Statistical analysis (YouReply Analyze), qualitative coding and thematic analysis (YouReply Qualitative) and customer feedback analysis (YouReply Intelligence) are separate products and are not included in this service.

• Free: free of charge
• Academic: monthly or annual usage period; does not renew automatically at the end of the period
• Individual: monthly or annual usage period; does not renew automatically at the end of the period
• Team: monthly or annual usage period; does not renew automatically at the end of the period
• Business: monthly or annual usage period; does not renew automatically at the end of the period
• Business Plus: monthly or annual usage period; does not renew automatically at the end of the period
• Enterprise: price, limits and period set by contract

The current prices, the limits (number of active surveys, response volume, number of users) and the amount you will pay are shown on the pricing page and in the order summary. No amount is written on this page; the price shown on screen when you approve the order prevails.

4. Price and payment

• Prices include VAT (%20); the net amount and VAT are shown separately on the invoice.
• Payment is made by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (3D Secure), or by bank transfer to the account we notify.
• Card details are not stored by YouReply; they are entered directly on the payment institution's page.
• Where instalments are available they are shown at the payment step and are subject to the conditions of the payment institution and the issuing bank.
• For bank transfers, the plan is activated after our team confirms that the payment has reached our account; you must write your order number in the transfer description.
• The invoice is issued as an e-archive or e-invoice on the basis of the details you declare and is sent by email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing details.

5. Usage period and renewal

• Payment is taken once for the period you select (1 month or 1 year).
• There is no automatic renewal: at the end of the period the product returns to the Free plan by itself and the paid usage right ends. No subscription arises that you would need to cancel, and since YouReply does not store card details, nothing is charged at the end of the period.
• If you want to continue, you buy again. The new period starts from the moment of purchase; days remaining from the previous period are not carried over and are not refunded.
• You cannot move to the Free plan while a paid period is live; you wait for it to end.

6. Delivery and performance

For card payments, the plan is activated in your account at the moment the payment is approved by the payment institution and performance is deemed to have commenced immediately. For bank transfers, activation follows confirmation of the payment. An order notice and a copy of the contract are sent to your registered email address. There is no physical delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for services performed instantaneously in electronic form. A YouReply Survey plan is a digital service performed immediately upon approval of the payment.

For this reason a separate approval is taken at the order screen, alongside the approvals of the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement: "I consent to immediate performance of the service and understand that I no longer have a right of withdrawal." The order cannot be completed without this approval.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 in the event of a defective service.

8. Refund or extension in the event of a technical failure

Where the seller determines that the service could not be used at all because of a technical failure, the fee for the unusable period is refunded or the usage period is extended. You can send your request with your order number to destek@youreply.com.tr. See Delivery and Return Terms.

9. Price changes

Plan prices may change. A change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect and applies only to purchases made after the announcement. The price of a period you have already purchased and that is running does not change.

10. Complaints and resolution of disputes

You can send requests and complaints to destek@youreply.com.tr or to the contact details above. Where you qualify as a consumer, the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees at your place of residence or the place of the transaction are competent up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits. Where consumer status does not apply, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara are competent. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.

11. Your personal data

12. Your approval

By approving this form electronically you accept and declare that you have learned the essential characteristics of the service, the sales price, the payment method, the usage period, the fact that there is no automatic renewal and the exception relating to the right of withdrawal. After your approval, the Distance Sales Agreement is concluded.
