Response limits apply to responses you collect from your own audience or import; finding participants through the YouReply Participant Panel is an add-on service billed separately from the subscription. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial; no payment details are required and no automatic charge is made at the end of the trial.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is payment information required for the 14-day trial?
No. No financial information, including payment details, is requested during the trial period. If you like it at the end of the period, you can make your plan selection.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Downgrading to a lower plan applies at the end of the current billing cycle.
How does .edu verification work for the Academic plan?
Use your institutional e-mail address during registration. Verification is automatic and both .edu and .edu.tr domains are recognized. The academic plan discount applies to verified accounts; if you do not see it applied, please contact us.
What happens if the response limit is exceeded?
You will be notified via email when you approach your response limit. When the limit is exceeded, you can purchase an additional response package or upgrade to a higher plan.
What is the difference between the Business and Enterprise plans?
The Business plan offers fixed pricing with enterprise features such as SSO, audit logs, and advanced API. The Enterprise plan includes fully customizable solutions like custom contracts, on-prem installation, IP allowlist, and a dedicated account manager.
What are the invoicing and payment options?
We accept payment via credit card and bank transfer. Invoice / current account option is also available for Business and Enterprise plans.
