Delivery and Return Terms

Last updated: 2026-10-15

This page explains how YouReply Survey plans are delivered digitally, how the usage period works, the right of withdrawal and the refund conditions. All provisions relating to the sale are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Digital delivery and activation

  • Card payment: the plan is activated in your account at the moment the payment is approved by the payment institution; you can use the service immediately.
  • Bank transfer: the plan is activated after our team confirms that the payment has reached our account. Access may therefore start later than with a card payment. Write your order number in the transfer description.
  • An order notice and a copy of the contract are sent to your registered email address; the invoice is sent separately.

2. What "delivery" means for a digital service

No physical product is shipped; there is no carrier, delivery time or delivery address. Delivery means the activation of the plan you purchased in your account and the opening of the usage right within that plan. You access the service through a web browser.

3. Usage period and end of period

  • The usage right starts at activation and ends at the end of the period you selected (1 month or 1 year).
  • At the end of the period the product returns to the Free plan by itself; there is no automatic renewal and no automatic charge, and no subscription arises that you would need to cancel.
  • Your data is not deleted when the period ends, but content and features beyond the scope of the Free plan may become inaccessible. We therefore recommend exporting your responses before the period ends.

4. Changing plans

A plan change is made by a new purchase: when a new plan is bought, a new period starts from the moment of purchase. Days remaining from the previous period are not added to the new one, are not prorated and are not refunded. The Free plan cannot be selected while a paid period is live; you wait for it to end.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantaneously in electronic form. When completing your order you give the approval "I consent to immediate performance of the service and understand that I no longer have a right of withdrawal." and the service is performed immediately afterwards. Your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 in the event of a defective service are reserved.

6. Refund conditions

Where the seller determines that the service could not be used at all because of a technical failure, the fee for the unusable period is refunded or the usage period is extended. Which remedy applies is decided by assessing the duration and effect of the failure.

Apart from this, not having used the service after it was activated is not in itself a ground for a refund.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Write to destek@youreply.com.tr from the email address registered in your account.
  2. Include your order number, the problem you experienced and when it started; share a screenshot and the error message if you have them.
  3. We assess your request and inform you of the outcome by email.

8. How a refund is paid back

Approved refunds are made through the payment method you used: card payments are refunded to the card via iyzico, and bank transfer payments are sent to the bank account you notify. How long the amount takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

9. Invoices

Your invoice is issued as an e-archive or e-invoice on the basis of the details you declared during the order and is delivered by email. Prices include VAT (%20); the net amount and VAT are shown separately on the invoice. If a refund is made, a refund invoice or correction document is issued in accordance with the legislation.

10. Contact

For questions about delivery, the usage period and refunds, write to destek@youreply.com.tr. Where you qualify as a consumer you can apply to the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts; details are in the Preliminary Information Form.
