This short notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use the contact form on www.yousurvey.com.tr. For general information, see the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.

What data we process
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number (optional),
- subject,
- your message.
Please do not share special category data, such as health information, in your message.
Purpose
To answer your request; to assess your demo or quote request and get back to you.
Legal basis
- Demo and quote requests: Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK, processing of the parties' data is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion of a contract.
- General enquiries and other requests: Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK, our legitimate interest in answering you, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Who receives it
- The form message is delivered to our company mailbox through the email delivery service Amazon SES (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Our company mailboxes are hosted on Google Workspace (Google data centres, including the United States).
- Only authorized employees responsible for answering your request see the message.

These international transfers rely on one of the transfer mechanisms provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK (for example, a standard contract).
How long it is kept
The form content is not stored in the website's database. If sending fails, the error is logged without the message content. Your message is kept in our mailbox until your request is resolved and the period needed to evidence it in a possible dispute has passed, and is then deleted.
Protection against unwanted submissions
To block automated submissions, the form contains a field that is invisible to visitors, and sending many submissions in a short time is limited. For this limit your IP address is kept only in server memory for a short time; it is not written to any log or database.
Marketing
Your form details are not used to send marketing messages. If we ever consider using them for that purpose, we will ask for your explicit consent and your consent to commercial electronic messages with a separate checkbox that is not ticked in advance.
