This Cookie Policy explains the cookies, local storage keys and embedded content used on the www.yousurvey.com.tr marketing site (the "Site") operated by YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş. ("YouReply"), what they are used for and how you can manage your preferences.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Local storage also keeps data in your browser, but that data is not sent to the server automatically. Embedded content is a section provided by another provider and placed on the page (for example a map); once loaded, that provider communicates directly with your browser and may set its own cookies.
2. Cookies and local storage we use
The table below lists the records active in this version of the Site and is generated automatically from the site configuration.

No advertising, marketing or retargeting cookies or pixels are used on the Site. Fonts are served from the Site's own server.
3. Categories
3.1 Strictly necessary
Used to remember your language preference (yr-locale) and your cookie decision (yr-consent). These records only store a choice you made yourself and are needed for the Site to work, so they cannot be turned off.
3.2 Analytics
No analytics tool is currently configured on the Site and no analytics cookies are used, so the analytics category is not shown in the preferences window. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled in the future, it will load only with your permission, Google Consent Mode will start with the default state "denied", and this policy and the table above will be updated.
3.3 External media
The office location on the contact page is shown with Google Maps. The map loads only if you allow external media or press the "Load map" button. Once loaded, Google LLC receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. Google's Privacy Policy applies to that processing.
4. Consent and managing your preferences
- No non-essential script or embedded content is loaded before you give permission.
- In the cookie window, accepting and rejecting are offered with equal visibility; you can also choose categories one by one.
- You can change your decision or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
- When you withdraw consent, the related content is no longer loaded. If analytics is in use, withdrawing analytics consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies on the Site's domain. Cookies that Google places on its own domains when Google Maps loads cannot be deleted by the Site; you can delete them in your browser.
- Your decision is kept in your browser under the yr-consent key. You are asked again when your decision is older than 365 days or when the set of categories or the scope of this policy changes.
- If you clear your browser data, your decision is deleted and you are asked again on your next visit.
5. Legal basis
Strictly necessary records rely on our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK and only perform a function you requested (language choice, remembering your cookie decision). The analytics and external media categories operate only with your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK. Processing of data abroad by Google LLC in these categories relies on one of the transfer mechanisms provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Browser settings
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies and site data. If you block strictly necessary records, your language and cookie preferences will not be remembered. See your browser's help pages for details.
7. Cookies in the account and survey applications
This policy covers the marketing site. The account and survey applications use the following cookies, which are needed for the service to work:
- yr_session: keeps you signed in on YouReply account domains (.youreply.com.tr); httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax; lasts 7 days.
- auth_token: keeps you signed in to the YouReply Survey application; httpOnly; lasts 30 days.
- yr-r-<survey ID>: lets a respondent resume an unfinished response from the same browser; httpOnly; lasts 7 days and is deleted when the response is completed. This cookie is used on behalf of the researcher running the survey.
