Delivery and Return Policy

1. Digital Service Delivery

All services purchased through the YouReply Survey platform are provided digitally. There is no physical product delivery.

1.1 Delivery Time

The service is activated immediately upon payment approval. You can access all features within the scope of your purchased plan instantly by logging into your account.

1.2 Method of Delivery

• The service is accessible via web browser
• Account information and activation details are sent to your registered email address
• Reports and export files can be downloaded via the Platform

2. Free Trial

A 14-day free trial period is offered for the Professional plan. If you cancel within the trial period, no fee will be charged. At the end of the trial period, it automatically upgrades to a paid subscription.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you can request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date. The refund request depends on the condition that the Platform has not been actively used (no survey created, no response collected).

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you can request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date. The same usage conditions apply.

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

• Active use of the service (creating a survey, collecting responses)
• Requests made outside the refund period
• Additional package purchases (if used)

3.4 Refund Process

1. Send your refund request to support@youreply.com.tr
2. Your request will be evaluated within 3 business days
3. Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. In case of cancellation, your service usage continues until the end of the current period. No refund is made for the remaining period.

5. Plan Change

In case of upgrading your plan, the difference fee is charged. A downgrade request becomes valid in the next billing period.
