Sign up
Signing up creates a personal account that you own, a workspace and a project, all with default names. The surveys you create in YouReply Survey live in this project.
- 1Go to account.youreply.com.tr and open the “Create account” form. If you are on the sign-in page, use the “Sign up” link.
- 2Fill in “First name”, “Last name”, “Email” and “Password”. The password must be at least 8 characters.
- 3Click “Create account”. There is no separate email verification step.
For yourself or for your organization?
After signing up you are asked “How will you use YouReply?”. With “For myself” you work in your personal account and purchase in your own name.
With “For my organization” you enter an “Organization name” and an organization account is created alongside your personal account. Team, workspaces, identity settings and using your own logo in surveys are available only in organization accounts.
If you chose “For myself”, you can still create an organization account later: use “Create organization” in the account switcher.
Sign-in options
- Email and password: on the “Email” tab, enter your address and password and click “Sign in”.
- Phone and SMS code: on the “Phone” tab, enter your number, click “Send code” and type the 6-digit verification code you receive. This only works with a phone number already registered to your account.
- If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link and set a new password with the code sent to your email address.
- There is no sign-in with Google or other social accounts.
Organization single sign-on (SSO)
Organization accounts can sign in through their identity provider using SAML 2.0 or OIDC. Once SSO is set up, the domain of your email address is recognized at sign-in and you sign in with your organization's identity provider.
- 1As the owner or an admin of the organization account, open the “Identity and access” page on account.youreply.com.tr.
- 2Add your organization's domain and verify it with a DNS record.
- 3After the domain is verified, set up the SAML 2.0 or OIDC connection with your identity provider's details.
Go to YouReply Survey and start the trial
- 1Go to app.yousurvey.com.tr and sign in with your YouReply account.
- 2To try a paid plan, open the “Plan & Billing” page on account.youreply.com.tr and use “Start free trial” for YouReply Survey.
- 3The trial lasts 14 days and unlocks the scope of the paid plan you chose. No card details are required.
Each account can use the trial once per product. When it ends, the product returns to the Free plan automatically; the trial never turns into a paid plan and you are never charged. Current prices are on the pricing page.
